Diamonds2u offers a ten (10) day customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers may return any item within 10 days from the delivery of the merchandise providing it s unworn. Diamonds2u warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Diamonds2u is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Diamonds2u shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur.
Personal customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any non-related third parties. Diamonds2u does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, or any other information about you to any non-related third parties.
Diamonds2u will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Diamonds2u within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through Royal Mail Special Delivery, registered/insured at the customer's expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Diamonds2u to your account within 5 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds Diamonds2u will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Diamonds2u guarantee delivery within 21 days. Deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Email or faxed confirmation will be sent a day prior to shipping. All items are fully insured by Diamonds2u whilst in transit. Billing will occur at shipping. All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company. All items shipped from Diamonds2u are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Diamonds2u of the merchandise in its original condition. Although Diamonds2u offers only the finest quality products, from time to time, some service or repair may be necessary. For sizing, alterations, or repairs, please contact our customer service department. Any alterations made prior to the 30-day return period will void your ability to return the item.

These laboratories are recognized around the world as the finest in gemological education and gem grading. However, diamond grading is subjective. Diamonds2U guarantees that the diamond sold matches the stone described by the grading report (ie. that the diamond is the same one graded by the laboratory). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diamond-grading laboratory. Diamonds2U are not responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied. Diamonds2u presents these Grading Reports to the client solely for his/her own use and shall not be held responsible for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of these evaluations.

A valuation Certificate will be supplied with each purchase to allow the customer to have the item insured at a realistic retail value. Any Certified Diamond (EGL / GIA) can be given a valuation certificate by a Retail Jeweller based upon the lab report.
